On Sunday, September 21 at 11:19 pm the Bremen Police Department was dispatched to 1749 West Plymouth Street for a fight in progress.
After a brief investigation Richard Rice, 29 of Benton Harbor, Michigan was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail on a complaint of Invasion of Privacy, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.
Elizabeth Rectenwal, 29 of South Bend was arrested at the same time on an outstanding warrant.
