On Thursday afternoon September 4th members of the Indiana State Police served warrants at the Park Jefferson Apartments.
The ISP had been investigating an ongoing methamphetamine manufacturing ring involved in the Plymouth area. During the investigation enough information was obtained for warrants to be issued on several subjects.
A search warrant was obtained for 1311 West Jefferson Street Apt. 214. Last Thursday officers with the Plymouth Police Department and Indiana State Police Criminal Interdiction Team executed the search warrant.
53 year old Jill McCarty and 61 year old Debra Eads were both located and had warrants for conspiracy to deal methamphetamines. During a search of the apartment, officers located methamphetamines, a scale and paraphernalia. Both women were arrested for Dealing in Methamphetamine, Conspiracy to Commit Dealing and False Informing. Their bonds were set at $50,005 each.
Several other subjects were identified and information gathered is being forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office. Additional warrants are pending review.
