04/18/14  On Monday, April 14th at approximately 10:30 P.M. an officer with the Culver Police Department was on routine patrol in the area of West Shore Drive and South Main Street. During patrol the officer conducted a traffic stop on a passenger vehicle for traffic violations. The driver of the vehicle,  22 year old Cody Deery of Culver who was found to be Operating on a Suspended License.  A searched of the vehicle located paraphernalia and marijuana.  The contents of the vehicle were inventoried and the vehicle was impounded.  . The passenger, 22 year old Tyler Stevens of Delong was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana. Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail where Cody Deery was charged with Possession of Marijuana and held on a $3,005 bond and Tyler Stevens was charged with Possession of Marijuana and held on a $1,505 bond. On April 16th both subjects were released for No Judicial Review.  They will appear in Superior Court II on May 13th.
