05/19/14 Plymouth Police are investigating an alleged rape that happened April 10th on Maple Avenue. 

Following an investigation by officers with the Plymouth Police Department and a review by the Marshall County Prosecutors Office, it was noted that probable cause does exist that 35 year old Ronal Zelaya Hernandez raped a juvenile female.  He was arrested on Thursday, May 15th at 12:20. 

The evidence showed that Hernandez allegedly forced a 14 year old female to have sex with him against her will.   

Hernandez was booked into the Marshall County for rape as a class B felony, sexual misconduct with a minor as a class B felony and child seduction as a class C felony. 

Judge Dean Colvin set bail for Ronal Zelaya Hernandez at $50,000 cash and placed a no contact order on Hernandez with the victim.
