Anna Liechty Presenter at Museum Brown Bag Lunch & Learn

BrownBagLunch Anna LiechtyEnjoy the findings of local researcher and author, retired teacher, Anna Liechty on the infamous historic Marshall County character, “The Huckleberry Queen,” this Friday, June 20 from noon-1PM. In her quest to develop the “Queen’s” story as a basis for an historical novel, Anna Liechty has used her individual artist grant from the Indiana Arts Commission to search for verifiable details to document the life of Mary Helms, aka “The Huckleberry Queen.”

Bring your brown bag lunch and a friend to the museum to learn the “truth” about the “Swamp Angel” who once made Marshall County notorious!
