Applications for PBL at Plymouth Schools Open this Sunday at 6 p.m.

  01/10/14 Parents of students who are interested in signing up for Project Based Learning classes (PBL) offered at the Plymouth Schools for the 2014-2015 school year will be able to submit an application for the Washington Discovery Academy (K-4), Innovation Academy at Riverside (5-6), Innovation Academy at Lincoln (7-8) and the Weidner School of Inquiry at PHS (9-11) beginning at 6 p.m. this Sunday.  Applications will be available on the Plymouth Community School’s website www.plymouth.k12.in.us

Director of Project Based Learning, Amy Gerard indicated that opening will be available in all grade levels. 

Anyone wanting more information on PBL, is encouraged to contact Gerard at 936-3113 or by email at agerard@plymouth.k12.in,us. Gerard said, “Once students are in a PBL environment, they will continue learning in PBL throughout their PCSC education. Parents will be given an option each year to have their learner continue in PBL or return to the traditional classroom for instruction.”

Current PBL learners need not apply.
