DrugArrestOn Friday, September 12th at approximately 7:47 p.m. officers with Marshall County Police, Plymouth Police and Argos Police executed a search warrant at Colonial Heights Apartments located in the 400 block of West Marshall Street in Argos.

The search warrant was obtained due to an investigation conducted by Marshall County Patrolman Jonathan Bryant involving the use and sales of illegal narcotics at the apartment. Bryant was assisted at the scene by Patrolman Travis O’Neal and Plymouth Police Officer John Weir with K9 Jax as well as Argos Police Officer Davis.

On Friday officers executed a search warrant and entered the apartment by force after no one would answer the door. Inside Officers located four subjects, Tyler Hardee, Uriah Milton, Melissa Newcomb and Michael Knezevich. Officers also located several hypodermic needles as well as Methamphetamine and proof of dealing in narcotics at the apartment.

MugShot_Michael Knezevich Jr57 year old Michael Knezevich pf Argos is currently held at the Marshall County Jail for Reckless Possession of Paraphernalia and Visiting a Common Nuisance. He has a $1,000.00 cash bond.

MugShot_Melissa Newcomb28 year old Melissa Newcomb of North Liberty is currently being held at the Marshall County Jail for Visiting a common nuisance and has a $1,000.00 cash bond.
