02/19/14 Early last week, Argos Community Schools Superintendent Julie Lauck issued two “No School Today” challenges to students for the next snow day, which happened to be last Wednesday.  The challenges were a poetry contest and or community service.

Second grader James Hendricks volunteered his time on the snow day to help shovel a neighbor’s sidewalk.

Sixth grader Jeffery Nettrouer wrote a snow day poem.

The winners are pictured with Superintendent Julie Lauck and Argos Elementary Principal Larry Holloway.
