09/20/14 On Wednesday, September 17th at 9:17 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer responded to a property damage accident at 1225 West Jefferson Street. During the investigation 50 year old Clinton L. Arnett of Plymouth was found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Arnett was held on a $1,505 cash bond. He was later released on Thursday, September 18th after posting bond and was issued a September 30th Superior Court II date for his initial hearing.
