Brentlyn Jones
On March 22, 2014, the Plymouth Police Dept. received a report of a call that had just been received by the Plymouth Public Library regarding a bomb that had been placed in the library. The library was then evacuated. After further investigation, it was determined that the threatening call came from a cell phone belonging to Brentlyn Jones.
Brentlyn Jones was located on the evening of March 22 and during questioning admitted to making the call to the library and stating falsely that a bomb was in the library. He also admitted to stealing items from the library earlier in the day. It was also determined that Brentlyn Jones had consumed alcohol earlier on March 22.
Brentlyn Jones was booked in the Marshall County Jail for False Reporting of a Bomb, Theft and Illegal Consumption of Alcohol. Bond has been set at $1,500.00 cash.
