Monday afternoon Plymouth Officer Ben McIntyre was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department at 3:30 for a subject with an active warrant for a probation violation.
38 year old Ernest L. Lanham of Nappanee was taken into custody without incident. He was held in the Marshall County Jail with no bond.
