03/06/14 On Wednesday, February 5th at 2:57 A.M. Plymouth Police Officer Wally Derifield responded to the County Place Apartments in reference to a complaint. Arriving there Officer Derifield located and arrested 21 year old Daniel Bradley of Illinois for Public Intoxication. Also arrested was 18 year old Tabitha Letson from North Judson for Public Intoxication and Illegal Consumption and 18 year old Tyler Bunton of Knox for Public Intoxication. All three subjects was transported and lodged at the Marshall County Jail with bonds set at $505.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
