arrestsOfficers from the Plymouth Police Department have made several arrests since last Thursday.
On Thursday 23 year old Nelson Morales was stopped at the intersection of Michigan Street and Plymouth Goshen Trail. He was arrested for operator never licensed and held in the Marshall County Jail.
Friday evening just before 7 p.m. Officer Emenhiser was dispatched to Taco Bell for an unwanted guest. 32 year old Phillip F. Aguinaga Jr. of Plymouth was arrested for criminal trespass because he had been previously trespassed from the property. He was held on a $755 cash bond.
Officer Paul Stamper found 33 year old Joshua Widmeyer of Kimmel, IN driving in River Park Square about 7 o’clock Friday night. He was found to have been driving on a suspended license with a prior conviction. He was held in the county jail on a $755 cash bond.
About 9 p.m. Officer Stamper responded to a dispatch by the 9-1-1 Center of a possible impaired driver. The officer located the suspected vehicle traveling north on South Michigan Street and stopped at Nursery Street. 40 year old Russell D. Hendricks of Plymouth was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Because of a prior conviction within the last 5 years for OWI this is a felony charge. He was lodged in the County Jail on a $3,005 cash bond and released on no judicial review on Sunday. Hendricks has a court date of June 24th in Superior Court II.
Saturday evening about 8:30 Officer Shanna Gilmer stopped 55 year old Michael Favorite of Hamlet for a traffic violation. He was found to be intoxicated and driving on a suspended license. He was booked into the County Jail for OWI with a prior charge within 5 years. His bond was set at $1,500 and given a June 27th court date.
