theftTuesday evening at 10:35 P.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Walmart in reference to a theft report. Arriving at Walmart Officer Arnold located the accused subject in the parking lot who was identified as 28 year old Donna Everage of Pierceton. Everage was taken into custody for Theft and was found to have an active warrant out of Kosciusko County. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond for the Theft charge and held without bond for the Kosciusko warrant.

 

 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
