Saturday morning just after 10, Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman observed 19 year old Steven Allen Bishop of Plymouth walking in front of Jackson Heights Road.
The officer confirmed that Bishop still had an active warrant for his arrest through Marshall County. Bishop was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held with no bond.
