The Marshall County Coroner’s Office investigated a fatal motorcycle crash southwest of Bremen Sunday afternoon.
The accident occurred in front of 6851 Plymouth Goshen Trail. A New Paris man was killed at 4:56 when the motorcycle he was driving collided with a utility pole.
The victim, 57 year old Steven L. Bollman was not wearing a helmet and died of blunt force head trauma upon impact.
Marshall County Deputy Coroner, Lilly Mansfield conducted the investigation with the assistance of Marshall County Coroner Bill Cleavenger. Cleavenger said Bollman was the second motorcyclist killed near Bremen this year.
Mansfield said toxicology results are pending.
The Marshall County Police Department, Bremen Police and Fire assisted at the scene. Bi-County Towing recovered the motorcycle.
