Over the past several weeks Bourbon Tropics at 403 East Center Street has been the victim of repeated thefts of the letters on their sign. On Thursday, July 24th another theft occurred and Officer Matthew Cottrill conducted an in depth investigation which led to the arrest of a 17 year old female juvenile who is a local from the Bourbon area.
