On Friday, July 25, at about 11:12 A.M. the Bremen Police were dispatched to 207 West Plymouth Street for a victim who had just been battered. After speaking to the victim the officer determined that the suspect, Steven Roberts had battered the victim. Sergeant Kile of the Bremen Police Department located the suspect a short time later walking in the 100 block of East Plymouth Street. After further investigation the suspect was arrested and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a complaint of Battery. His bond was set at $3,005 and his initial hearing has been scheduled for August 26th in Marshall Superior Court I.
On Friday afternoon about 1:15 P.M. a victim came to the Bremen Police Department and reported that he had been battered earlier in the day by the suspect, Carlos Sanches. The investigation concluded that around 8:00 A.M. while the suspect and victim were working at Bremen Composites at 425 North Industrial Drive in Bremen the suspect slapped, punched and pushed the victim to the ground. At about 3:00 P.M. Bremen officers made contact with Mr. Sanches and arrested him on a complaint of Battery. His bond was set at $755 and his initial hearing is set for August 26th in Marshall Superior Court II.
