Bremen Police Chief Matt Hassel released the department report for Friday, August 8th through Thursday, August 14th.

Bremen officers issued a total of 13 traffic citations and 22 traffic warning last week.

Arrests by Bremen officers included on Friday, August 8th – Raymond Jacobs from South Bend who was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and possession of Marijuana. On Saturday Thomas G. Snyder of Bremen was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. On Wednesday, August 13th Bremen officers arrested four: Geronimo Ramos-Garcia of Warsaw for Operator Never Licensed, Rodney Rose of Bremen for a body attachment warrant from Marshall County for contempt of court, Raymond D. Jacobs of South Bend for a failure to appear warrant from Marshall County and Jonathon Edwards of Bremen for Driving While Suspended.

Bremen Police Officers investigated a hit and skip property damage accident on August 8th at US 6 and Pla-Mor. They also assisted with several fire calls: Sunday, August 10th a fatal accident at 6851 Plymouth Goshen Trail, on the 12th a gas line break blowing from the ground at 728 Miami Trail, and on the 13th a fire alarm at 512 W. Grant Street and a personal injury accident with entrapment at US 6 and Miami Trail.
