BreakingNews(1)City of Plymouth Clerk-Treasurer Toni L. Hutchings announced Friday morning that she would be retiring from office effective September 30, 2014. Hutchings was first sworn into office in 1996 after serving as Utility Clerk for the City of Plymouth for four years. Hutchings has served four full terms and is currently in her fifth term of office as Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Plymouth. She also served as a member of former State Auditor Connie Nass’ State Auditor’s Advisory Board for six years.

Toni HutchingsDuring her term in office, Hutchings has earned several distinctions. In July of 1999, Hutchings was awarded the prestigious designation of Indiana Accredited Municipal Clerk; in July 2002, Hutchings was named Certified Municipal Clerk by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks; and in 2013, Hutchings was awarded the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns Financial Management Award and Certified Management Official Award. Hutchings stated that she enjoyed serving the citizens of the City of Plymouth for so many years.
