City HallThe City of Plymouth will host their regular meetings beginning at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

The Board of Public Works and Safety will open qualifications from companies interested in completing the EPA Brownfield Assessment Project for the City of Plymouth, Marshall County and Bourbon.

City Engineer Rick Gaul will present a request of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles to install fiber-optic cable at the intersection of Pioneer and Miller Drives.

The City’s attorney, Sean Surrisi will present a request from Metronet Zing to use space on the city’s west water tower and he will also ask the Board of Works to consider partial acceptance of completed portions of the Metronet conduit instillation.

City Clerk Treasurer Jeanine Xaver will present requests by Loretta Back for a loading zone parking location on Madison Street, the request of Mike Delp to burn a brush pile and the request of Linda Clevenger to conduct a Red Ribbon event.

The Common Council will meet at 6:30. Their agenda includes a public hearing for an additional appropriation of the Plymouth Public Library and acceptance of a donation from Stockberger Trucking for the Plymouth Fire Department.

The meetings are open to the public but comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.
