01/13/14 The City of Plymouth will hold their regular meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
The Board of Public Works and Safety will hear Rick Davis, Director of the Indiana/Ohio Passenger Rail Project. Other agenda items include reports by the city’s various department heads, the City Engineer’s annual report, City Attorney’s report, requests and approval of claims.
The Plymouth Common Council meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. They are expected to approve the amendments to the City Code of Ordinance concerning the Trees and Shrubs as recommended by the Urban Forestry and Flower Committee.
Being the first meeting of the new year the Council will elect a President Pro-Tempore and the new fee ordinance for the Plymouth Park and Recreation Department on all three readings.
The public is urged to attend the city meetings although comments are only permitted on agenda items.
