City HallThe City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings tonight beginning at 6 p.m. with the Board of Public Works and Safety. Agenda for the meeting includes reports by department heads.

It is anticipated that Board of Works will award the building improvement project for the Police department and the city engineer will present a request for fiber optic cable installation at the NIPSCO tower by T-Mobile.

Clerk Treasure Jeanine Xaver will present several requests.

At 6:30 the Common Council is scheduled to meet. Their agenda includes a public hearing for additional appropriations, second and third reading of an ordinance amendment to the Water Works Board and Sanitary Board in the last codification.

City Attorney Sean Surrisi will present resolutions to transfer appropriations in the Cemetery Fund, allow for the clerk to fill for additional appropriations and a resolution for transfer of funds in the law enforcement continuing education fund for the Police Department.

The meetings are held in the Council Chambers of City Hall and comment and questions are welcome on agenda items only.
