02/10/14 City Council members will meet Monday evening beginning at 6 for their regular meetings. The Board of Public Works and Safety will open quotes for Motor Vehicle Highway, a Wastewater Department truck, a truck for the Water Department, and for three cars for the Police Department.
Utility Superintendent Donnie Davidson will discuss a proposal for engineering services for a Wastewater Master Plan and Police Chief Dave Bacon will seek approval of a software contract with Sungard Public Sector, Inc.
Under Other Business: Reggie Danielson will speak.
At 6:30 p.m. the Common Council will meet. Their agenda includes a resolution approving an additional appropriation and a resolution in opposition to HB 1001 regarding the elimination of business personal property tax.
The Plymouth Kiwanis Club has filed an application for the exemption from licensing requirements.
The City meetings are open to the public although comment are limited to agenda items only.
