Arrested_handcuff07/23/14 On Saturday, July 19th at 11:07 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre initiated a traffic stop on 21 year old Gabriel M Angeles of Decatur, Alabama in the area of Michigan Street and Garro for an equipment violation. During the traffic stop it was discovered that Mr. Angeles had never received a license. He was taken into custody for operator never licensed and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $255 bond. Angeles was released on Sunday, July 20th after posting bond and received an August 12th Superior Court II date for his initial hearing.
On Monday, July 21st at 8:54 A.M. an officer with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the 200 block of Klinger Street in reference to a domestic disturbance. After investigating at the scene and at the Plymouth Police Department, 29 year old David M Decker of Plymouth was arrested for domestic battery. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $755 bond.
