OWI_1Early Saturday morning just before 1 Sergeant Gary Cleveland with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at US 30 and Plymouth Goshen Trail. The driver of the vehicle, 25 year old Lauren Dinkeldine of South Bend was found to be intoxicated with alcoholic beverages. She was booked into the Marshall County Jail for operating while intoxicated after failing a certified test for alcohol. Her cash bond was set at $1,505 and she has a September 2nd Superior Court II date for her initial hearing.

Monday evening at 6:52 Plymouth Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested 31 year old Toni M. Byrer at the intersection of LaPorte and 5th Streets. Byrer was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Her cash bond was set at $505 and her initial hearing was set for September 16th in Marshall Superior Court II.
