arrestsOn Wednesday, August 27th Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation at the intersection of US 31 and 2C Road. The driver, 37 year old Brian Braden of Plymouth was found to be driving after having been judged a Habitual Traffic Violator. He was taken into custody and held on a $1505 cash bond in the County Jail.

About 1:45 Thursday afternoon officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop at Novelty and Center Streets for a speeding vehicle. The driver, 19 year old Jeremiah Burch of South Bend had false and or fictitious plates on the vehicle and had never received a driver’s license. He was held in the Marshall County Jail on a $255 cash bond.

Thursday night just after 8 p.m. 19 year old Gonzalo Figueroa of Plymouth was stopped for a traffic violation. During the investigation it was determined that Figueroa had never received a license and he had already been charged with a misdemeanor for driving while suspended.

Just before 10 p.m. Thursday Officer Jeremy Enyart was working Operation Pullover and located a vehicle traveling east bound on Harrison Street from 7th Street. The vehicle crossed the center line several times and a traffic stop was conducted. 23 year old Jesus Emilio Mercada Matute of South Bend was discovered to be driving without ever receiving a license. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $255 cash bond.
