arrestsOn Saturday, November 22nd at 12:46 P.M. Officer Bob DeLee with the Plymouth Department responded to a report of a property damage accident at Michigan Street and Skylane Drive. Arriving at the scene, one of the vehicles involved was described as a blue Ford Taurus which had left the scene westbound on Skylane Drive. Officer DeLee was able to locate the vehicle on Western Avenue south of Markley Drive and initiated a traffic stop. During the course the traffic stop, 20 year old William K. Pentecost of Plymouth was taken into custody for operator never licensed. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $255 bond.

Later Saturday night at 9:48 P.M. Officer Paul Stamper initiated a traffic stop in the Wal-Mart parking lot on 27 year old Justin Skinner of Walkerton for speeding. Skinner was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance. He was lodged in the Marshall Jail on a $1,505 cash bond and was released the next day after posting bond. Skinner was issued a December 2nd Superior Court II date for his initial hearing.
