City Police Seek Assistance in Wal-Mart Parking Lot Purse Snatching

Wal-Mart purse snatchingPlymouth Police are asking for the public’s assistance in helping to solve a crime that occurred at the Plymouth Wal-Mart.
Wednesday afternoon about 4:20 an unknown white, male approximately 6’1” weighing 150lbs with a “very thin build” drove into the Wal-Mart parking lot off of Oak Drive and is suspected in committing a crime.
The male subject drove up and down several rows in the parking lot before stopping in row 10 jumped where he jumped out of the pick-up truck he was driving and pushed a 70 year old female. The suspect then grabbed the elderly woman’s purse from inside the shopping cart and jumped back into his truck and sped out of the Wal-Mart Parking lot through the lawn and garden exit. The vehicle headed north on Oak Drive.
