Thirty-six year old Katherine Kain and 34 year old Ashley Bays both of Plymouth were arrested Tuesday morning following the service of a search warrant at 906 North Walnut Street at 6:35 a.m.
Plymouth Police Officer John Weir said the two subjects were taken into custody after several items of various narcotics were located and packaging paraphernalia were confiscated along with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Kain and Bays are being held in the Marshall County Jail with no bond.
This investigation was initiated from people calling the drug tip-line (1-800-899-0842) and making complaints of possible drug activity. Tips on this line are anonymous.
A search warrant was also served at 1013 North Michigan Street Tuesday morning. This is an ongoing investigation and no arrests were made at this location at that time.
