The Plymouth Water Department is continuing with the water main flushing project. On Wednesday, July 9th they will be flushing from the Ledyard Facility to Marlou Place, then north across the Lincoln Jr. High football field down Roy Street to Rex Street and then west to East Adams Street and to the Boys and Girls Club. They will then head north on Indiana Street to West Jefferson Street to Randolph Street and north past Baker Street where they will stop at amphitheater. From the amphitheatre they will we come back to the Ledyard Facility and flush south across to the rear of Jackson Heights Road including Loon Court and Colony Court.
The City Water Main Flushing will continue all month. Residents who experience brown water are asked to run their cold water for 5 to 10 minutes to help if clear. If it doesn’t clear up call the Plymouth Water Department.
