The Plymouth Water Department began conducting the annual flushing of its water mains on Monday. Water main flushing may create temporary pressure fluctuations and discoloration of water. If your water should become discolored, the Plymouth Water Department asks you to please run your cold water for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. If the discolored water continues please call the Plymouth Water Department (574-936-2543) or after hours call the Plymouth Police Department (574-936- 2126).
Unidirectional flushing will take about a month and should end on by August 8th.
