02/03/14 The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning beginning at 8:30 a.m. in their second floor meeting room of the County Building.  Agenda for the meeting includes the quarterly reports from Linda Rippy, Director of the County Museum and County Building Inspector, Chuck DeWitt. Mary Jane Walsworth, head of the Probation Department will seek approval for the purchase of a new copier for her office. 

Also on the agenda is local attorney Jim Easterday who will be discussing the New Wine Church property.  County Attorney Jim Clevenger will give his regular report along with County Highway Superintendent Neal Haeck and Auditor Penny Lukenbill. 

Under Commissioner Items is the appointment of a member to the Common Construction Wage Committee for the Metronet project.

 The Commissioner meetings are open to the public and comments and questions are always welcome. 

The Commissioners will conduct an executive session on Thursday, February 6th at 1 p.m. to discuss an individual’s status as an employee allowed under Indiana Code.  This meeting is closed to the public and media.
