02/06/14 Marshall County Coroner, Bill Cleavenger released the toxicology test results for two fatal accidents.
On December 30th emergency responders were dispatched to a head-on crash on US 31 in front of LaVille Elementary School about 8 p.m. The accident occurred when 24 year old Tyler O’Hara of Bicknell, IN crossed the median and struck a north bound SUV head on. O’Hara was killed instantly in the crash from blunt force trauma.
Toxicology results for O’Hara were negative for alcohol or drugs.
On January 25th a Fort Wayne woman was killed on US 30 near Fir Road when she turned onto the highway in front of a westbound semi and the trailer ran over the vehicle. 21 year old Jarica Tyson was killed instantly in the crash.
Toxicology results for Tyson were negative for alcohol or drugs.
