The Marshall County Board of Finance has announced a meeting for Wednesday, December 24th at 8:30 a.m. in room 203 of the Marshall County Building.
The purpose of the meeting is to approve and sign a revised resolution and signature card designating Teachers Credit Union (TCU) as the depository for Marshall County from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2016.
In addition the Cash Management Agreement, ACH Agreement, Business Banking agreement, Wire Transfer Agreement, Security Procedures Agreement, Remote Deposit Agreement and Tax Payment Acceptance Agreement will be approved.
The meeting is open to the public.
