01/17/14 On Monday, January 13th Marshall County Sheriff’s Officer Jonathan Bryant located and arrested 39 year old William R. Pace of Plymouth while he was walking on Harrison Street. Pace was known to have two warrants through Marshall County for Civil Contempt with bonds set at $12,600 and $24,000. Mr. Pace was transported and lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
Later Monday night Deputy Bryant located and arrested 27 year old Joshua K. White of Plymouth on an active warrant through Marshall County for a Failure to Appear charge on a Civil Contempt warrant. His bond was set at $480. He was transported and lodged at the Marshall County Jail and later released on January 14th on his own recognizance.
On Tuesday, January 14th Deputy Bryant located and arrested 43 year old Jose J. Olivares of Plymouth who was actively wanted on a Felony warrant for a Probation Violation. Mr. Olivares was transported and lodged at the Marshall County Jail and held on no bond. He was later released the next day on his own recognizance.
