03/05/14 On Sunday, March 2nd Marshall County Sheriff’s Officer Jonathan Bryant conducted a traffic stop in the area of Jefferson Street and Kingston Avenue on a subject known to have an active warrant through Marshall County. The driver, 27 year old Jorge T. Terrones of Plymouth was found to be Operating a Motor Vehicle on a Suspended Licenses with a prior charge and he possessed multiple ounces of marijuana along with an active warrant through Marshall County for a probation violation. Mr. Terrones was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $3,005 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
