On Wednesday June 18 Officers with the Marshall County Police Department located and arrested Brandon VanVactor of Pymouth for a felony warrant in the 400-block of South Michigan Street. He was subsequently transported to the Marshall County Jail where he later bonded out.
Later that evening officers responded to Creekside Manor in LaPaz in reference to a Domestic Disturbance. Once there officers located a female victim and arrested 39 year old Corey Vatter of Plymouth for Domestic Battery. He is currently lodged at the Marshall County Jail with a $750.00 cash bond.
On Thursday June 19 an Officer with the Marshall County Police Department located and arrested 29 year old Brandon Adkins of Plymouth for a Probation Violation Warrant. He was subsequently lodged at the Marshall County Jail with no bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
