08/04/14 Thursday afternoon about 3:15 36 year old Kevin M. Drummond of Plymouth was traveling westbound on Lincoln Highway west of Tulip Road in a 1989 Chevy pickup when he was slowing down with the turn signal on to turn south into the driveway at 19341 Lincoln Highway for a garage sale.
Drummond told County Officer Rob Hafke that an eastbound vehicle had approached and then from behind he heard squealing tires prior to the older model Ford Pickup skidded into the rear of his pickup truck.
The other pickup went into the eastbound lane causing another east bound vehicle to get into the shoulder. The unknown vehicle continued on after striking Drummond’s truck and turned south onto Union Road.
County police are asking assistance in solving this criminal issue.
