Marshall County Police are searching for a suspect who crashed into a mail box and a utility pole and fled the scene.
About 5:45 Sunday evening, November 16th the Marshall County 9-1-1 Dispatch Center received a call when an eastbound pickup truck drove off 12th Road and destroyed a mailbox in the 14,000 block of 12th Road and then crashed into an REMC utility pole. The utility pole was destroyed and fell onto 12th Road leaving live electrical wires across the road.
A witness told County Officer Rob Hafke they observed a pickup truck leaving the scene.
The suspect’s truck would have severe front end damage and a broke headlight.
