Plymouth Police responded to a two vehicle crash at Michigan and Harrison Streets at 4:34 p.m. for a two vehicle crash.
Matt Emenhiser was the investigating officer. His report states that 24 year old Jake Kollar of Grovertown was stopped on West Harrison Street attempting to make a left turn onto Michigan Street when his 1988 AMC Jeep truck was struck by a vehicle south bound on Michigan Street.
Kollar said he did not see 28 year old Ann Winter of Argos who was in a 2000 Hyundai Elantra in the left lane because there was a south bond vehicle making a right turn onto Harrison and it blocked his sight.
Kollar told Officer Emenhiser he pulled out to make his left turn in front of the vehicle.
Ann Winter was transported to Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth for treatment of minor injuries.
Plymouth Police was assisted at the scene by Plymouth fire.
