arrestsSunday evening just after 6 Plymouth Police Officer Matthew Emenhiser was dispatched to 301 Skylane Drive, in the area of apartment F3.  The call was for an intoxicated male subject who had just broken a window out of a truck.

When the officer arrived he was told the suspect had on a green hoodie and was south bound.  Shortly after officers made contact with 30 year old Justin Pointon who matched the description.

During the investigation it was found that 33 year old Lane Dodson of Plymouth had battered Justin Pointon of Plymouth.

Dodson was lodged in the Marshall County Jail and charged with battery.  His bond was set at $755 cash which was paid 10:30 p.m.

Justin Pointon was transported to Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth for his injuries and then transported to the County jail where he was booked in for public intox on a $1,005 cash bond.
