01/07/14 On Sunday, January 5th at 1:32 a.m. Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper arrested 47 year old Edward B. Downs of Plymouth in the 200 block of North Michigan Street. Downs was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,505 bond.
