05/19/14 The Marshall County Drainage Board will meet Monday morning at 8:30 in the second floor meeting room of the County Building and the County Commissioners will meet at 9:30.

Agenda for the Drainage Board meeting includes opening bids for the reconstruction projects of the Dogwood Road Drain which is part of the Marburger Ditch. 

At 8:40 Don Abbott will seek a variance for the Davenport Tile Arm and CHA Engineering will discuss the mitigation study for the 7th Road Project.  The Drainage Board will also consider the Marshall County Soil and Water 319 grant for the Yellow River. 

At 9:30 the County Commissioners will meet.  Their agenda includes the annual update from Jackie Wright from Older Adult Services, Kathy Clark from the Culver Redevelopment Commission will discuss a TIF District Expansion and City Engineer Rick Gaul will seek an appointment to the Common Construction Wage Committee.

County Attorney Jim Clevenger will give his report and the commissioners are expected to pass a resolution for the expansion of the Culver TIF District.  Also on the agenda is the County Highway Report, Auditor’s Report and Commissioner items. 

Both meetings are open to the public and comments and questions are welcome.
