County Building_2The Marshall County Drainage Board and Commissioners will meet Monday morning for their regular meetings.

The Drainage board meeting begins at 8:30 and includes the request for a variance for the E. Seltenright Ditch on the Falk property by Troy Mangus.

Board members will be updated on the Dogwood Road Marburger drain.

Also on the agenda is the request of a variance by Langfeldt Storage and Strang Engineering for the Wallace Drain and Newcomb/Eisenhour.

 

The Commissioners are scheduled to meet at 9 a.m. in their second floor meeting room of the County Building. Their agenda includes the quarterly report of Clyde Avery, EMA Director, approval of polling sites for the November General Election with Clerk Julie Fox and the Highway Report by Laurie Baker. Other agenda items include consideration to refinance the 2006 Jail Bonds, the County Attorney’s report, Auditor’s report and Commissioner items including the appointment to the ABC Board to replace Kate May who resigned earlier this month.

Both meetings are open to the public and comments and questions are welcome.
