04/08/14 On Friday, March 4th at approximately 11:56 P.M. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Rob Hafke responded to US 31 north of US 30 in reference to a one vehicle accident.
Arriving at the scene, 22 year old Sarah K. Thrasher of South Bend told the officer she was driving the 2001 Chevy passenger car and lost control merging northbound onto US 31from being westbound on US 30. When she lost control Thrasher’s vehicle struck a light post prior to rolling over and coming to rest on its roof.
She was transported to St. Joseph Regional Hospital with head injuries and complains of pain.
Lyons Towing assisted in the removal of the vehicle.
