MugShot_Duarte XiomaraOn Monday, September 8th at 11:00 a.m., the Plymouth Police Department received a report regarding a female using a counterfeit identification card at a medical facility. Upon arrival, officers observed this female sign a document with the fictitious name from this counterfeit I.D. card. The female was questioned and admitted to signing a fictitious name and stated that she had purchased the counterfeit I.D. card. She also had a passport from Honduras with her real name.

The female suspect was identified as 40 year old Xiomara Duarte of Plymouth. Duarte was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Forgery and Identity Deception as level 6 felonies. Her cash bond was set at $1,500.00.  She was able to bond out at 5:30 Monday evening.
