ArrestedFriday evening, December 26th Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for disregarding a stop sign.  During the investigation it was found that the driver, 19 year old Dylan Mata was operating a vehicle while intoxicated and without ever having received a driver’s license.

Officer Stamper also learned that Mata had outstanding warrants through Marshall County.

Dylan Mata was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for operating while intoxicated on a $3,005 cash bond, a probation violation with no bond, illegal consumption of alcohol a $1,505 cash bond, false informing, alcohol-minor transporting alcohol and operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
