Triton Elementary School students celebrated their “Family” field day on Wednesday, May 21st. Teacher, Jack Carpenter, physical education teacher, developed the idea as part of the school’s “Fuel Up to Play 60” program. Many area businesses sponsored the day with cash donations and other items.

All students were part of a mixed-grade team and were given matching team shirts to wear for this special day. The students enjoyed the full day of relays, obstacle courses, and other outdoor activities.

Pictured are two students from Mrs. Hostetler’s navy team: Cameron Shively on the right and Ryan Farmwald on left. These students were participating in the Pizza Box Relay.

Members of the orange team are also pictured as they wait their turn on the obstacle course.
