The Culver-Union Township Public Library is pleased to welcome special guest Adam Rippy, general manager of Evil Czech Brewery, one of Culver’s local restaurants. Monday’s program is part of the 2014 Adult Summer Reading Program which is themed around science. Adam will present a behind-the-scenes look at food science in a restaurant environment. The program will take place on June 23 at 6:00 PM in the large meeting room on the lower level of the Culver Union Township Public Library. This program is free and open to the public.
